Oolong's Art & Design

Early Inspiration

I should be studying for my Graphic Design History midterm tomorrow morning, but I’ve been finding every single excuse to avoid it. It’s really bad. So I was checking through my old artworks and found this. I made this senior year of high school for a report on a visit to the SFMOMA. At the time, it was kind of a BS-ed piece, but now that I look at it, I kinda like it. And back then, I didn’t have much interests in graphic design, I was more of an illustrative person. I still think I’m more of an illustrative artist, but graphic design has really interested me. I hope to someday be able to make illustrative designs.
Okay, getting far from the initial point. Just a simple piece about the beach, ocean, and sky. Maybe I’ll redo this in a more serious way.
